I’m a Los Angeles based Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW 106422) currently offering individual teletherapy to adult clients in California. I've worked in a variety of community mental health and educational settings in both New York and Los Angeles. I utilize a psychodynamic, relational, and trauma-informed approach to assist clients in increasing awareness of their inner worlds with curiosity and compassion.

I am drawn to working with artists and individuals experiencing life transitions, as well as those seeking to understand and shift patterns they may feel stuck in. I am skilled in working with clients navigating past trauma, anxiety, depression, body image, loss and grief, relationship challenges, and identity exploration, among other areas. I also bring my background as a professional dancer and certified yoga teacher into my practice to offer somatic and mindfulness based techniques. Ultimately, I hope to facilitate a greater sense of freedom, peace, and fulfillment for my clients.

I prioritize a collaborative therapeutic space and seek to understand the psyche in relation to the larger environment within a multicultural perspective. I welcome people of all cultural backgrounds, sexual, and gender orientations.

In addition to my private practice, I work as a therapist at UCLA. I am also currently participating in the New Center for Psychoanalysis two year Adult Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Training Program and am especially interested in psychoanalytic understandings of the body and performance.
